Providing our community in Wrexham with free, confidential advice for 65 years

We give independent, impartial information and advice to assist people with a range of enquiries. This could be money problems, legal queries, benefits enquiries, and consumer issues.

We offer our confidential service online, over the phone, and in person, for free.

Do you require advice, food parcels or help with Universal Credit? We have several ways you can contact us.

  • Leave a brief description of your issue on our general advice line answer machine on 01978 364639. Leave your name and telephone number and you will receive a call back from our Wrexham office.
  • Call our National Citizens Advice Helpline on 0800 144 88 48 or Contact us on our Wrexham Helpline number 0300 330 1178
  • If you require help with Universal credit you can call the general advice line above or you can also call the national help to claim number on 08000 241 220 for assistance.

Our open door service runs on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 9.30am – 2.00pm. You can find us at 35 Grosvenor Road, Wrexham, LL11 1BT

We also provide advice at our outreach locations across Wrexham, in libraries and community centres.
